Can I exchange or return a product?

Exchanges & Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days after receiving it to withdraw from the purchase. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product(s).

Please note that 2Touch.shop products fall under the following exceptions. Due to hygiene regulations, these products can only be returned if the packaging seal is still intact.

If the sealing is still intact, return the item including all accessories, along with the proof of purchase (invoice or packing slip), in proper packaging.

Exceptions

According to Article 10, paragraph 5, the following items are excluded from the right of return due to hygiene regulations unless the seal has not been broken:

  • Sex toys (products intended for genital and/or anal contact)
  • Condoms
  • Drugstore items (sprays, gels, tablets, etc.)

Procedure

Handling of Defective Products

Is your product defective? Let us know by sending an email or letter first. If desired, you can use the European withdrawal form for this. (info@2touch.shop)

After receiving your email, you will receive a free return shipping label from DPD the same business day. You can use this label to return your purchase.

Once we receive your return, we will test the product for defects. If a defect is confirmed, we will send you a replacement product.

If you choose to return your defective product via a carrier other than DPD, the return shipping costs will be at your own expense.

Handling of Returns

Within 14 days of purchase, you may return 2Touch.shop products or accessories, provided they are still in their sealed packaging. If you withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, you will have an additional 14 days to return the product.

The return shipping costs are at your own expense.

The full purchase amount (including outbound shipping costs) will be refunded as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after you have either returned the product or notified us of the return.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first. Please note that we may deduct costs if the product is returned damaged.

Handling of Exchanges

After receiving and inspecting your returned product for an intact seal, we will send the replacement product within 7 business days.

Please notify us via email (info@2touch.shop) if you wish to exchange a product.

Important:
Before returning an item, please read the above conditions and exceptions carefully. Returns that fall under the exceptions cannot be refunded. Additionally, if you wish to have these products sent back to you, we will charge shipping costs.
